About
Teaching the Caribbean is a collection of peer reviewed, freely available teaching resources by educators and scholars of the Caribbean. It is the web publication component of the Open Educational Resources (OER) in Caribbean Studies program of the Revitalizing the Digital Library of the Caribbean initiative.
The Digital Library of the Caribbean (dLOC) is a digital library that preserves and provides open access to cultural, historical, and research materials from and about the Caribbean and its diasporas. More than a repository alone, dLOC serves both as a hub for teaching and research initiatives and as a network in support of partners, scholars, educators, and the public.
Revitalizing the Digital Library of the Caribbean is generously supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
